My name is Erica Rodriguez & I am the owner of Flo Massage & Movement. I have been on a holistic journey since January 2023. I tried 21 modalities within that year and have continued to try different treatments. My goal is to help people reach their flow state, which I believe requires a multitude of things. My services include Massage (Deep Tissue, Prenatal & Kids), Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, Sound Healing, Reflexology & also Wellness options through Activation. I like to say, “Flo is more than body work”. Massage, Spinal Flow Technique & Reiki sessions are offered for the kiddos as well!
